Shock as Billericay Girl Collapses and Dies Playing the Sport She Loved

22 year old, Jenny Kerwood from Billericay had a passion for football, but unfortunately passed away after collapsing playing the sport on Thursday evening.
Jenny was part of the Hutton FC Ladies team and was attending a regular training sessions when the tragic event occured.
Rushed from the pitch, located at Shenfield School, Jenny was taken to the Queen's Hospital in Romford where she later died after the best efforts of doctors and nurses.
A former student of Mayflower High School she had a love for writing and had aspirations of becomming a journalist, but had no apparent history of health problems that could have lead to her death.
Tributes have been pouring in from across Facebook & Twitter, from local residents and football fans who knew Jenny well.
Fellow Leyton Orient FC fan Robert Stone posted the message: "RIP fellow O's fan Jenny Kerwood – Life put into perspective", while Bill Badger wrote: "Horrible evening, came on here to find out fellow Os fan Jenny Kerwood died yesterday. Far too young, thoughts with her family."
Tributes of silence were paid to Jenny ahead of matches by rival teams at the weekend and the Hutton FC ladies' fixtures were postponed as a mark of respect.
Speaking to the Gazette on Monday, her father, Martin Kerwood, described Jenny as a "loving, kind girl", explaining that losing her had yet to sink in.
He added: "Even if she had not been my daughter we would still have wanted to have known her."
The cause of death as yet remains unknown.
