Brentwood Gazette: Police are looking for two men after four burglaries took place in the Billericay area yesterday.

Two men, both white and aged between 18 and 20, are suspected of being involved and are believed to have used a dark-coloured Saab car.

The first break-in was reported 11.28am Pine Drive, Ingatestone after the two men were disturbed after removing a window to enter the property before leaving empty-handed.

The intruders then forced open a front door and took jewellery from Frithwood Close, Billericay, which was reported at 1.15pm.

Jewellery and other items were also stolen from properties at Fairfield Rise and Ian Road in Billericay later in the day.

One of the men is described as 5ft 6in tall, had short light brown hair and was wearing a grey tracksuit while the second man is said to be slightly taller and was wearing a dark-coloured tracksuit.
