Rosie Dunn, 25, from Billericay, had been accused of making a racist comment whilst working at Abacus Day Nursery in Billericay earlier this year.
On Monday the nursery supervisor was cleared of a racially aggravated public order offence after the case was thrown out by Magistrates at Basildon Magistrates’ Court.
