Churches Together in Billericay, a group formed for inter-church action in Billericay has launched an Easter treasure trail around the High Street. 

Launched on Saturday 28 March, all ages are invited to take part in the treasure trail telling the Holy Week story from Palm Sunday through to Easter Day. 

Clues are located around local Billericay businesses with prizes to be won!

Walk of Whitness and service

Friday 3 April, starting at 11.30am outside Emmanuel and continuing to the High Street finishing at St mary's at 12 noon for a service (broadcast into the High Street).

Easter Garden Competition

Participants are being asked to design and create an Easter Garden on a tray with 4 categories; adults, children with adult help, secondary and primary children on their own. Entries are to be received at St Marys after the Good Friday service and will be displayed to the general public (10am - 2pm) and judged on Saturday 4 April. Prizes are also up for grabs for the top three in each category. 

Open Air sunrise communion

A communion service will be held at Mill Meadows. Parking available at Billericay School and a full english breakfast will be available at Western Road Methodist Church afterwards.
