Students at St Johns School

Article by Yellow Advertiser: Pupils at a Billericay school raised more than £5,000 for charity in their first term back after summer.

Students at St John’s School, Stock Road, collected £5,049.08 for Great Ormond Street Hospital.

Cash was raised by holding a cake sale, a non-uniform day and a series of sponsored events.

Youngsters from the independent school, for pupils aged 3-16 – presented a cheque to hospital representative Judy Kuhl in an assembly last week.
