60 year old woman hits wall

Article by Guy Bell: A woman has been arrested after a car ploughed through a car repair centre's forecourt brick wall.

The incident happened shortly before 1.30pm yesterday at Kwik Fit in Radford Way when a Ford Focus reportedly rolled from the BP station across the road and into the wall.

A 60-year-old woman from Billericay was taken into custody after she was arrested on suspicion of failing to provide a breath test.

She was questioned by police before later being released on police bail until Thursday, August 11.
