Local Billericay Groups

The Billericay community is supported by a host of local groups, charities and the Town Council. 

Local groups play a vital role in many of the events, fundraising and changes happening in the town and we commend the organisers and volunteers who keep everything going.

Billericay Town Council is a local authority that is responsible for providing a range of services to the town
Billericay Food Bank is a charity that provides emergency food and support to people in need in the Billericay area.
The Billericay Twinning Association was formed early 1998 to promote and foster friendship and understanding between the people of Billericay and other similar communities overseas.
The Billericay District Residents Association (BDRA) was established in 1926, and merged in 1962 with the Buttsbury Residents' Association to create its present form.
Churches Together in Billericay (CTB) is an ecumenical forum and focus for inter-church action in the town.
BAG is a non-party political: we seek collaboration with councillors and officials responsible for planning and we challenge any politician whose actions and words endanger Billericay’s Green Belt and the character of our town.
